Newcastle United picked up three big points away to Southampton on Saturday, with Alexander Isak continuing his fine goalscoring form in the process.

After falling behind, Isak converted from the spot to level the score, before putting Newcastle into the lead minutes later with his second of the game.

In the second half, Sandro Tonali doubled the advantage to put Newcastle out of sight on route to a 3-1 victory.

Bruno Guimarães had a great game controlling the midfield, completing 17 passes in the final third.

Lewis Hall also had a fine day putting on a great defensive display as he won several duels and made some crucial clearances.
